FAQs

  • What is the definition of proceeds? How much will go to charity?
    Proceeds = all off the funds generated from the sale of a painting or print minus the cost of materials + postage.
  • Can I order more than one of the same picture?
    No each picture is unique and there is only one of each painting however you can order as many digital prints as you want.
  • Can  I send in a photgraph that you can paint for me?
    Yes we will do our best to create a bespoke piece for you please use our contact us function to get in touch.
  • Can I submit/donate my own painting into your gallery for sale and will I get any of the proceeds?
    We are working on options for the future to allow for other budding artists to use the paint2donate platform to help us raise money for charity - we will keep you posted.
  • What charities does paint2donate support and how do we know what charity our donation will go to?
    Paint2donate will make it clear who the nominated charity is, if you have a wish to nominate a charity which is close to your heart please do get in touch with us, we would love to hear from you! For the launch we are exclusively donating to NHS charities together.
  • Do we get a copy of both the photograph and the painting?
    The photograph is there for your viewing on the website only to give you a glimpse of the photopgraphy which inspired the original canvas painting. If there are special requests to have the photograph also we will look to accomodate.
  • Do you also offer prints of the paintings for sales?
    Yes - you have the option to purchase the one off original canvas painting or a digital print version of it.
  • What medium is used for the paintings?
    The paintings are created on canvas with acrylics.
  • Are the sizes of the pictures with or without the frame?
    The sizes provided are without frame.
  • Are the paintings and digital prints framed?
    Yes, our original canvas paintings and digital prints are supplied within a frame.
