Mother Nature has stopped us all in our stead - she is angry.  She is furious of the way we have abused this planet and enforces us all to stop and take note.  Things must change and will change for the better.  Despite this photograph portraying a blissfully frosty yet sunny morning, this was a part of lockdown 3 scenery where internally the rage amongst most of us was unbearable.  The painting looks to convey exactly this sentiment.
